Art House RaumArs has one of the oldest residences in Finland, which was established in 1997, and a gallery that opened in 2025. 

Call for exhibitions, DL 30.9.2025

Exhibitions in Art House RaumArs, located in the center of Rauma, next to the main library, started in April 2025. Now we turn our focus to 2026. Call for exhibitions is open until the end of September. Read more about the gallery here. Instructions for applying here.

Open call for residencies, DL 30.10.2025

In the international residency, professionals from different artistic fields can work either on community art or independent projects. Curators, researchers and families are also welcomed. The artists for 2026 have been selected, but there are a few residency periods available to apply for independent work by October 30, 2025. Free residency periods: January–February, June, July and November–December. You can also ask about the possibility of August as an alternative to June. In June entire apartment, i.e. a family or two rooms for 2+1 persons, otherwise availability is in one bedroom for one artist.

The association offers artists the opportunity to work with local people, help with projects, a visually rich environment and good partners.
