Registration fee
- Each artist pays a registration fee of €150/room immediately after being accepted into the residency. This secures the place. The registration fee is non-refundable.
- Each artist is required to pay €120/room of security deposit, which is held as a deposit for the apartment key, house cleaning, bicycles, etc. The deposit will be returned when the required reports (contact amounts and feedback) have been written, the equipment is in order, and the apartment has been cleaned. The deposit will not be refunded if the artist cancels their entry, interrupts the residency, or is absent during the residency contrary to the agreement. Cancellation must be made in writing 3 full months before the planned residency.
- Artists who carry out a community art project will receive free accommodation in one bedroom, travel expenses and material allowance for the project up to 100 €/month upon receipt. RaumArs will provide assistance with the implementation of the art project if needed. The Board of Directors of RaumArs decides on the fees or no fees for any exhibition related to the art project.
- Once the artists have been selected, the response and the agreement on the date and time of arrival at the residency are binding.

Compensation for materials/production money for a community art project
- The expenses to be covered (materials, equipment rental, etc.) must be related to the project mentioned in the application and carried out during the residency.
- Because the production funding is linked to a community art project, the artist should discuss the acquisition of materials with the executive director.
- The money is given, when receipts have been scanned into a PDF and sent to both the Executive Director and the Chair. The Executive Director can also purchase the necessary materials. The receipts must show what has been purchased, including materials purchased e.g. from individuals or before the residency for the project.
